56F dew point at Central Park, temp 95F.
72F dew point at JFK, temp 86F.

Such dramatic difference between two locations within the same city, makes me think something is off.

How?
Perhaps JFK is getting a flow off the warm Atlantic

Agreed, JFK can occasionally have very different weather from the rest of the city. I remember during a heat wave at night, LGA was reading 86°F, JFK 64°F. Beach is often cooler and more humid than more inland on Long Island. Hot summer day and then discover the beach is too cool.

Could be, water temp off of NYC is 80 degrees, but it's still a pretty significant difference. LGA and EWR are both at 63F with a temp of 91F, I figured Central Park would be in the same ballpark but I guess not.

Looking at the data.. Looks like everyone around NYC/NJ that is reporting dews in the 50s has calm or variable winds as opposed to areas with dews in the 60s has winds from the south or southeast

Our dewpoint hasn't fallen below 68F/20C for a week straight. This is really impressive.

68°F dp / 76°F T° at 11 pm. 4th day in a row with 70°F dews, seems like we can't get weeks of such dps like last year. I don't exercise so the only time I notice that the air is humid is when getting out of an ACed building.

DP is 76 F here right now, 78 F at FLL. Rather sultry day across South FL.

I thought you don't have A/C at home? Won't the humidity be noticeable at home, then?

Temperature and Dewpoint for the last week. Chicopee, nearest official station

recent days have had rather dry-ish afternoons except for the humid 25th. Night temperature seems to have more effect on sleeping comfort than daytime; night of the 26th felt worst as the previous night it hadn't cooled off. Nearby non-official stations don't show dry days. I assume they're errors as dewpoint is hard to measure accurately.
