Oddly enough, yes. But wind eased a lot, so I guess the direction didn't matter as much as its speed:

It was 20°C and raining earlier this afternoon. Not sure what the dew point was but it definitely felt muggy. First real feeling of "mugginess" of the year for me.

No complaints from me today. Good Summer day with these Dew points!

Mix of Upper 70s and 80s in CT. Bridgeport at 83 right now at 7pm. I'm at 77°F so not as bad.

Current dewpoint is 55 F/13 C. This is absolute heaven compared to yesterday.

And this morning is heaven as well. First time my morning temp has been in the 50s since early June.

Dew point at 49°!!! That rain will be here tonight/tomorrow.

Looks like a big shift late weekend, a couple overnight lows in the 50s.
