I voted for Aswan myself, even tho it gets no rain at all... On average it rains once every 5 years!

Aswan. Surgut is far too cold and it's also very dark in winter (not surprising considering the latitude though).

Surgut - winters are colder than ideal, but not intolerable. I like how long they last. Summers look pleasant. Aswan is way too hot, sunny, and dry.
