Z-, however, this climate has relatively tolerable winters. I didn't decide, is this climate worse or better than my Ad (which doesn't have a comfortable month). However, both climate are pure kholodilnik.

IMO, it's waaaaay better than Ad (even though Loco's summers are hotter), because there are only six months of brutally unimaginable heat (stay in the AC, drive where you need to go, park in AC garages, etc). I think you could still go outside very briefly (under 5 minutes) in 150-160 degree heat with humidity in the single digits, as long as you don't linger. Of course, precautions must be taken and there WILL be a deaths from heat stroke as a given every summer but most ppl would be saved by the great indoors.
LOCO had a mild season, followed by a short and intense rainy season, and a couple of shoulder months of just regular hot weather where you can live a more "normal" life and AD never gets that.
