Minneapolis has much colder winters, but it also has much warmer and longer summers and more sunshine. So, what do you think?

minneapolis! minnesota has great summer, winter is cold but stockholm isnt great either.

also minneapolis is sunner. the 4-5 hot months in Minneapolis are the biggest advantage MN has over stockholm

I refuse to vote for places that record lows below-20f and summer highs below 80f. and thus both are eliminated

Easily, Minneapolis. I would gladly take its colder winters given the vast superiority of its summers and sunshine totals every month (though they are US-biased)
