Stockholm. Decent winters and summers, unlike Glasgow.

Glasgow.... yes I hate cold snowy winters and the summers are similar in both places.

Stockholm, Glasgow is too gloomy, winters are too mild and summers in Stockholm are considerably better, plus I prefer the dry winter/wetter summer pattern of Scandinavia and eastern Europe. Can someone who lives in that region answer one question: does the majority of rain fall from weather fronts or convection? I imagine thunderstorms are rare in the Nordic capitals.

Another close one. Glasgow by a bit due to a warmer average temperature and warmer winters.
