Summers are perfect and winters are close. Has enough of a cool down to feel like seaons and there's alot of palm trees.

Anywhere's south is good to but not to the north.

I suppose the easternmost tip of Long Island, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket.
Comfortable summers (not very hot) & comfortable winters (not very cold).
