Firstly, you should use 1981-2010 data as it's up to date and more relevant to weather we actually get these days, secondly, why did you tag these as "spoilers", and thirdly, Portland is about as Mediterranean as the Shetland Islands.

1. Every station I used is still in continuation. Some stations don't have many years of temp data, but I checked them with comparable sites and there isn't much of a difference. I did post links, so there's nothing stopping anyone from looking for more specific data. I prefer full data as it includes all the wet and dry periods.
2. There's a lot of data there. I didn't want it to be too big, and I thought that with spoilers if a person can quickly rule out a climate then they can hide it and then concentrate on the other climates.
3. Portland is mediterranean. The driest month gets less than a third of the wettest month and gets less than 40mm.
Falls Creek is way too cold (all year)….Portland has no real summer…and Melbourne is too cool in the summer and has too many cloud days.
I would go with Wodonga or Mildura. Both have a decent amount of warm months, not too much rain, and good sun hrs. I’ll go with Wodonga; perhaps the greater precip would make for a little more greenery
Falls Creek looks miserable, Portland is comfortable but doesn't really have a summer. Mildura is too arid.
So that leaves Melbourne and Wodonga. Wodonga's averages look very nice, especially in the summer, so I'll go with Wodonga.
