Both don't look too nice.

If I had to pick though, it'd probably be Jiujiang as one could grow things more easily. Jiujiang also has the highest average monthly temperature I could find in China for a Cfa climate at 94F/79F for July.

Turpan. Jiujiang is too wet and almost certainly too cloudy as well.
