B+. Very good climate.
Extremely wet winters are this climate's biggest shortfall. Also I wouldn't mind if it warmed up more quickly in the spring.

I gave it a C, but on second thought maybe it was worthy of a B-. It's much sunnier than I prefer, but temperatures are comfortable year-round and there's ample rainfall. Summers are warmer than ideal, but lack of humidity would make it more comfortable.

Decent temps (a little on the hot side) and decent precipitation but too sunny.

C, too cool for too long, and temps drop off rapidly again after August.
Yearly mean max is only 11.4C, I don't mind some cool weather but the high elevation here at a temperate latitude results in no real warmth here at any time of the year.
It also has 6 months straight of minimums around the 0-2C region.
Sunshine hours are surprisingly high for a place with 1200mm of rain.
