148 days to get 240mm or so of rain/snow yet it still has more sun than London?! These vile sub-polar climates are impressive in how cold it gets so soon - their September is colder than our January, ditto for May!

Manston, Kent. The airport averaged 1790 hours of sun a year from 1981 - 2010, good for the UK.
