Torshavn is practically an oceanic climate only without a summer.
If I had a proper summer it would be like the SW of England.

Yellowknife wins, by millions of light years. However, both places are infinitely better than warm-weather climates.

Any subpolar oceanic climate is better than any continental subartic, so I choose Torshavn

Tórshavn easy. Cloudy/rainy weather doesn't bother me but I wouldn't want to deal with those yellowknife winters.

Tórshavn, hands down. I don’t think I could live through even Yellowknife’s mildest winter on record, so I pick Tórshavn.
