Excellent photos, thanks for sharing MT-7. Many decades ago when I was a college student (early 1970s) I worked one summer on a traveling wheat harvest crew that started in Texas in June and got to Montana and No Dakota in late August. We spent some time around Plevna, MT - a little remote town far from most main highways. I have forgotten about most of the other towns we went through in the Great Plains that summer, but I remember Plevna. The morning and evening sky was incredible, and I remember a few afternoon storms that blew by, and how tiny and insignificant I felt as a human being out in that vast land. Nature is powerful and seems even more powerful once a person is far removed from the human empires of the cities and suburbs.
