We just relocated to Everett from So Cali about a month ago. I have been researching on where to live that is affordable yet decent and reasonably safe. It seems like it's all a matter of personal opinion. I have seen many apartments that seem nice on the web, then we see the real thing and they turn out to be dumps. We finally located a seemingly nice condo to rent in S. Everett. Bordered by Evergreen on the west, Center Ave on south, 4th Ave on the east and 112th to the north. Can anyone tell me if this area is any better or worse than other areas? We havent moved in yet, but only signed a 6mo lease so if we have to make a move, we're not committed long term.
