Washington Weather - Daily Weather pics and reports! (Seattle, Vancouver: extended stay, retired)

We are having the same weather Diana.
There was a blue spell for about 40 minutes though.
Forecast is rain all day.

Here on the Seattle waterfront it's windy, and overcast, with a lot of white waves and many seagulls flying around without flapping their wings. With the clouds being really dark, I expect more rain to start any time. The wind overnight was pretty strong, lots of debris on the roads, there were some branches down in Issaquah, and on the drive to work I90 from Bellevue to Seattle the wind was pulling on my truck.

Here we are a little while later… It is just starting to rain, and you know it is just starting to rain because the goats are running for the barn. :-)

It is milder here than it was overnight, but still some gusts and showers around.

Yep, we're visiting Seattle and today is the craziest day with wind and rain scattered throughout. We've had a few sun breaks like below, but mostly cold and rainy.

The hill across the way either got snow or a strong amount of hail.
The whole day was as unstable as one could imagine.
There was even times I had to close my drapes in my room because of too much sun light.

Yesterday was a wild weather day, ending with some thunder and lightning, hitting not far from us, according to facebook and our own ears. It was loud! Our place, and the eagle tree, still standing though. I worry about that eagle tree when there's wind and lightning.


A lot calmer and cheerier this morning!

We had unstable weather earlier today.
It is looking nice now.
There was snow or built up hail on the hill across the way this morning.
I think the snow peaks we can see received a bit more snow as well.
