I have lived in a few different cities and for the first time in my life I became a crime victim last night...near downtown Yakima. Someone vandalized my car. They damaged my drivers side mirror. They almost broke it off completely. It's dangling down by a cable. This might not seem like a big deal but this kind of repair is the last thing I need at this stage of my life and is going to hurt me. When I told some random people in the parking lot what happened they started laughing...yes they thought it was funny for some reason. This all took place at a rap concert so perhaps what happened to me is more a reflection of that than Yakima itself.
