Does anyone know about this area? They seem to have decent homes, prices are good, and location is not that bad. This area is closed to the new Wegmens.

What is the name of the Community in Mitchellville, and exactly where is it? The DR Horton web site does not show anything there yet. Is it a brand-new sign?

It's the Balk Hill Village. It is located right behind the new Wegmans.

I agree, the prices sound good. Based on other people's experience with Horton, You may want to watch how much the extras will cost you.

I also noticed the houses are close together. On another forum, people have said they can hear their neighbors playing music when the houses are 10 feet apart. It is just something to watch out for.

I have a friend that bought around there and loves it. He got a good deal and a lot of sq. feet for the money.
