I inherited a 2012 XC60 and have driven it for over two years now. When I drive over bumpy roads, which are quite common in my area, the vehicle has a very harsh and bumpy ride. When the roads are smooth---no problem whatsoever. What should I do? The vehicle has 88k miles on it now and still handles well. Should I change out the shocks and struts? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
