Isn't the hybrid version going to have 400+ hp? Or are you only referring to ICE non-hybrid?

It's worth pointing out that the basic 4-cylinder engine produces 250hp, which makes it more powerful than a typical V8 of the 1990s.
The new S90 will also have the ability to brake automatically when the car senses that a collision with an object such as a pedestrian or moose is imminent. As a mildly paranoid driver originally from the Midwest who fears hitting a deer more than anything else, I'd buy one for that feature alone.

I think they're also working on technology to avoid kangaroos, and if you can dodge a kangaroo, you can dodge a deer.
interestingly, if you go to the swedish volvo site, you can build an s90 with pricing, since that language makes no sense at all, i checked every box with the higher number and it topped out at about 522000 kr or 62k usd after conversion. i dont know how that translates to the american market but the base model xc90 starts at 522000 kr. so heres to hoping a fulled maxed out s90 tops at $48k!
pricing is up. base t5 momentum starts at 46.5k a little higher than i though since that puts it above the xc90s base pricing but i a t5 FWD inscription with vision, convenience, and bower sound comes in around 55k
