London to me (and I love London) sort of feels like a lot of the energy of NYC built on a scale that feels more like a Boston or Philly (more windy like parts of Boston) but the street size/feel/vibe many times feels closer to a Philly or Boston but with much higher energy (likely density too I believe) and is larger no doubt than either of those two

Yes, London is the best of both worlds -- the vibrancy, incredible food scene, and cultural offerings of New York with the human-scale and beauty of Boston.
