Will citys ever have as mush culture as rural towns? (suburbs, define)

Citys seem so bland. how can we bring the thriving culture of small town America to the city?

The key is transit. Cities have buses and trains, which kill culture. Small towns have cars and especially pickup trucks. Pickup trucks with bumper stickers promote a strong cultural ambience. So step one is to get rid of the buses, step two is to encourage purchase of pickup trucks and start handing out bumper stickers.

They already did. Many hipsters have brought their "Alt-Country Rock" type music styles with them to the cities when they play in bars and such. Coincidentally, many hipsters are from midwestern rural towns and suburbs.

Personally, I've always found smaller towns to be more bland.

Lots of museums and theaters and concert halls in plenty of small towns. You just have to look past the end of your nose to find them.

US vary cultural. The places that have the most culture are small rural towns with people that vary rarely travel vary far, Places where people work hard and live a simple life. The least cultural places are urban areas and colleges.

Depends, "African American" culture i agree with you that it is bad

look at some of the other gems of threads started:

If a deadly flu outbreak occurred and we only had enough vaccine for a few, who should get it first?
After government officials, who should get it first? If we had a lottery should some people be bared from entering? Should illigal immgrents be able to enter? what about criminals?

When i say government officials i mean a handful of people trained to run government and keep the country running, im not talking about politicians in Washington.

for the sake of conversation, lets assume the vaccine was a real cure and not a mercury shot to dumb people down.

Not to mention statistically minority's are more violent and less intelligent, also the fact the the U.S was founded by white anglo saxon culture, so the people that should be saved first should reflect that.
