THE hotel is part of the Mandalay Bay complex, with the Luxor adjacent. At least was last time I was in Vegas.

well i figured it out eventually,and people don't think of paradise as its a continuation of vegas.

That's a great question.

I wish the user "Walter Greenspan" was still alive so he could give a certain answer.

I don't know whether it is unincorporated or not. I do know that the United States Census has created data on it:

The reason I ask... I lived in an unincorporated "town", and when I told someone where I was living, they said, "Oh, middle of nowhere" so it must not have existed.

And my guess is Frankfort.
