Yep, St. Cloud. Excellent--I was gonna begin offering hints. You're up!
Did you know it right away?

Thanks, I was sure I'd seen it before, but the little lake with the park in the lower left sent me to Minn on google to verify.

The next one (not sure with the talent on here, but this may be a bit tougher):

Missouri flag on the left... wife and I are planning a trip to Jefferson City for Labor Day (she wants to visit the Missouri State Pen, she's into paranormal stuff) and we were going to stop in Springfield or stay in Columbia. Last weekend we Google-Mapped the Springfield downtown (they have two brewpubs, TWO! near the square) and looked at Columbia as well (only one downtown, but it is a college town). That dome looked familiar. So now I can't take a pic of Columbia, Missouri and post it.

I should have known, Sluggo does get around. Columbia indeed. Sorry to steal your thunder.

You're up.

Had I not done preplanning it would have been a guessing game (although the Missouri flag helped a bit).

Next up:

No real reason, but I'll guess Vancouver, BC?

Not Vancouver (or Burnaby, or any other place where they have Tim Horton's.) This is in the home of the stars and stripes.
