That wasn't just a guess, I was in Chattanooga in 2011 and there's a decent Southern-style fish place (Bluewater, sign partially obscured) on the left side of the picture I had where we had lunch after doing the incline railway, see post #2615. It LOOKED familiar but the arena or building at the end of the main street I just didn't remember.
