I always wondered about that, there was an "Invergordon" street near where I grew up.

This IS the skyline. An interesting town, from Streetview (because I can't find the pic I took of it a few years back).

It looks a little like the hotel in Brigantine, NJ, but the rest of the picture doesn't.

Sad that such buildings go to waste. Some come alive again. The Royal Connaught in downtown Hamilton is being rebuilt and eventually expanded to become residential real estate for urban professionals. The downtown core hopes to increasingly become a magnet for residents in the coming years. May the same good fortune betide the Baker!
