I spent a couple months there w/ USAF as a non-flying staffer. Long, cold, EXPENSIVE trip.

A rather non-descript place here, but decent weather and a lot lower per diem than the previous place.

Just checked downtown Boise on streetview, the amount of parking lots, especially NW of downtown, is impressive. Found your spot, a building is under construction on the satellite view:
