Can you try putting these words in a different order to see if there is a way of making them make sense?

Oh? Did Jesus take in half a million refugees and support them? I missed that part in the bible. What book is that in?

Those Christian folks that feel like Christianity is the answer to the problem, should fly out to the Middle East and teach the locals about love and tolerance. Don't worry, those radials can't behead everyone and if Jesus thanks you for your contribution to world peace, he will protect you from the sword and you will emerge unscathed.

Not to mention the diseases being brought into the countries, some unknown to the likes of Germany or the UK.. but who are forced to treat these people... one doctor in Germany was attacked with knives because he couldnt save the life of an eight month old baby who had been dragged across countries for three months...We are PC cowards now who will suffer badly with health issues due to the immigration ..and its now too late.. weve all opened the stable doors and the Pope will make no difference with his actions.. supposedly christian but all political again. very short memories it seems... suffer the little children http://archbishop-cranmer.blogspot.c...s-undying.html

I'm not a Christian, but it does seems that, in the account used by Christians of his life and work, Jesus taught to help others, particularly those in need, at any opportunity.

The general approach of people like 'Dizzybint' seems to be that you should avoid helping other people if you can find a reasonable excuse for doing so.

There are all kinds of good reasons why individuals may not be in a position to personally help refugees. What is disturbing about this thread is the great pleasure and satisfaction that many take in declaring that they will not be helping.

If your not christian why do you quote from their teachings.....you cant believe it.... its not about being religious, is about being reasonable , a lot of these people flooding into countries have no respect for either the people of that country or their beliefs.. look at the pawing and rapes by some in Germany.. the people trafficking by many who are pretending to be so helpless, even the young boy sadly lying dead on a beach.... photographed for the most emotive reactions from the public and sympathy.... Would you have stood looking at a baby dead by the beach and not pick it up...... but wait to take a picture.... I dont think so... the same babys father was arrested later for people trafficking. wise up and smell whatever it is you like to smell..Merkel has made the biggest mistake of her polictical career and knows it by allowing all this..They dont see women in general in the same way as most of us do... they see them as second class by many.... maybe not all of them but by these accounts Id be worried... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...ed-Europe.html and in the words of one attacker...

The police have been silent about this arrest for days. They allege that they kept it quiet to protect the victims. These cowards are liars. They are protecting the Muslim migrants. “Merkel invited us!” “I am Syrian, I must be handled in a friendly manner. Mrs Merkel invited me here!” — Syrian refugee sex attacker. - See more at: http://pamelageller.com/2016/01/more....t4HfXooL.dpuf Look at our Nicola Sturgeon... Scottish MP who said she would gladly open her house to the refugees....... did she do it.... not on your nellie she didnt... she backed out with some excuse..like many others who opened their big mouths before thinking out the implications.. Maybe like the old days of army soldiers before barracks in Glasgow they could make a law that if you have a big enough house and money you had to take in the soldiers to stay..... maybe all these do gooders, celebs, MPs etc who want to help so badly be forced into taking them... now wouldnt that be fun......you see most of these people have lots of money and stay in affluent areas where they wouldnt see an immigrant in their everyday lives.... its the poorer areas who will get them in droves to build ghettos. Now G&B is that reasonable enough for you...

You're right - all these terrorist types ought to be given a very long sentence - that would put a full stop to all these shenanigans!
