1st time certifying claim and received the message "your claim is not payable at this time" How do I find out the problem, other than waiting on phone forever?

You can email them under "contact us" given itll take probably a week to get a response (or more)

What are details concerning your claim? Separation of job reason? Did you certify during the correct time schedule put out for this week for NJ?

It might just be they have not finalized your claim. Normal times it took between 3 to 6 weeks. Keep certifying. They will backdate the payment.
