Ok thanks for your response. My claim is from 2-23-2020. Yes I’ve been claiming faithfully weekly by phone I’ve never been able to do so online. I claimed this past Sunday but it told me my claim wasn’t payable at that time. I have their BOA card and I don’t see any pending transactions in the app. I guess I’ll check tommorrow.
