Laid off thanks to Covid-19....filed for unemployment immediately. That was 4 days ago and my unemployment claim still says “pending resolution” due to “deductible income” and I can’t fix it, and I can’t get thru to anyone at the unemployment office because their phone lines are jammed. I’m in Nevada btw....
Did you report that you were getting sick, vacation, severance? Did you make a lot of money this week before filing? All the above means is that income that could act as an offset your benefits is in play. That happens to lots of people that stop working in the middle of the week or have a generous employer.

I reported vacation pay that I had accrued but not used
You wait. NV will make adjustments to things to see how the vacation affects your benefits and offset or shift things out a week to account for the vacation pay.
Same here. While waiting, I had to reactivate my claim. This is very confusing. I can't even submit my weekly job search right now.
Does anyone know how long "Pending Resolution" takes? Until someone looks at the case, or until the deductible income offset runs out?
