I was able to talk to someone from the EDD and they told me I should see a change on my claim this Friday. She also gave me some retro pay even though I had exhausted my benefits but I only collect 14 weeks. So hopefully many people in my situation will see change on their claim this Friday.

Hello, Well I continue to receive benefits due to the new bill pass. Thank you.

EDD Response:

A Notice of Determination (DE 1080) has been mailed to you with a decision. In the event that you are not satisfied with the results you may appeal a Department determination. Appeals must be filed within twenty (20) days of the issuance date to be considered as timely. If you would like information regarding the appeal process please see this link: http://www.edd.ca.gov/Unemployment/FAQ_-_Appeals.htm or please cal us directly from Mon-Fri- 8am to 12pm- at 1-800-300-5616 Thank you.
