So, I will not be forced to be physically in this audience, that is, if they do, it will be over the phone, is that it? And from your experience, is it worth getting in with the second appeal?Thank you so much again.

You do you mean by "second"? Have you already had a hearing?

A telephone interview is NOT a hearing, but a hearing could be by telephone. So just where in the process are you?

Second "hearings" are 70% of the time losers. However first HEARINGS are 54.9% of the time winners, but mind you, that of the 45.1% that lost, they probably didn't get any help and were their own worst enemies and caused their own denials out of ignorance.

You are only forced to go in-person if you live a reasonable distance from the hearing location. Actually, as claimant, you really want in-person. It increases the odds that the employer won't show. It's one thing to answer the phone, it's another to have to drive someplace. If you live too far away, YOU will be allowed to appear by phone.
