Help NJ unemployment not allowing me to claim online (file, work, termination)

Hey all so normally I claim my unemployment weekly on Sundays today when I tried to file my benfits online I was told I can not certfrty my benfits online and it gave my the numbers to call any idea? I don't want to not be getting unemployment I need it, my bye is 11/3 does anyone think it could be due to the fact that my bye on my extended claim is 10/31/10?

Call an agent. They work today and a lot of people do not know that. Agent will resolve your issue. From what I read, you have to call the agent to claim when your bye comes around. As soon as you talk to an agent you will be paid if you still have a balance and can claim online weekly again the following week.

You have to wait till tomorrow they do not work weekends..

Thank you, any idea why this happended seems to be common after doing some research on past topics here but never really saw an exact answer

They do work weekends for claim issues. It is the number on your determination letter...ends in 2020
