Olivia is back in this universe and can't remember her time in the alternate. One thing is certain: she has a mission that's supposed to save us all. Unfortunately she can't remember what it is. Her friend and fellow FBI agent Charlie is now dead, replaced by a shape shifting soldier or something from the alternate universe who's supposed to find out what she knows and then kill her. And the government is trying to shut the Fringe division down. That was pretty much it for the premiere. Remember to watch next thursday. Or get TIVO

Now that you have the synopsis, may be you can watch it on your PC and put the captions on... That would be quiet an experience.
The season premiere was interesting to say the least. It sets up all kinds of weird things that can come from this.
I'm not sure where the show is heading, I'm curious to know what Olivia is supposed to get, and what it does, and how its going to save us all.
One thing I'm disappointed in, Fox took the "Fringe will return in 90 seconds" at the end of the breaks. I usually only watch the show with DVR, since my son is a little young to watch Fringe, so I can't watch it with him awake.
On a side note, I'm happy Peter seems to be taking more of a commanding role, I like his character, very deep. The new FBI agent is also interesting, her links to religion should play well with the show.
Awesome episode this week! I swear, this show just keeps getting better. I can honestly say I like it better than The X-Files, and that's saying a lot....
