No tv yet when I was itty bitty but I did have a big crush on Gene Autry who we listened to on the radio every Saturday night.
Was he an old cow hand from the Rio Grand? Or perhaps he was tumbling over the tumbling tumbleweeds? Or the happy trails? Possibly in the Red River Valley?

ME TOO!!! Had a HUGE crush on him from ages six to eight.After eight it was Rick Springfield. I also had a crush on the main character from a cartoon called "Sinbad the Sailor" that was on after school in the seventies.
I also thought that Courage from "The Bugaloos"was pretty cute.

Oh how I loved that show. A couple of years ago my oldest daughter gave me a boxed set of a lot of Gene's movies. LOVE THEM. I actually got to see him and Champion the wonder horse in person once when I was a kid. What a thrill.
