Haven't seen this one brought up. What is/are your favorite cartoon character(s)? Some of mine are: Daffy Duck, Donald Duck, Calvin & Hobbs...hmm, is there a pattern, here? Lots of anti-social behaviour. Everyone in my family says I am a social troll.

You are in the presence of a cartoon junkie!

I have many faves, but Pink Panther, Superman (in all of his many incarnations), Racer X from Speed Racer, Garfield, Duck Dodgers, Dangermouse and Scooby Doo are at the top of my all time list.

All the characters on the Rocky and Bullwinkle show. It's a shame I didn't get it the first time around.

I use to love Deputy dawg. There was also some dog cartoon that use to come on but I can't remember his name. The dog would mostly say Hello Joe.I think he was hunting the other cartoon character and every place the one being hunted would hide the other one would pop up and say Hello Joe.

Nea1: I loved captain caveman too! What a hoot!

Donald duck was my hero when I was a teen.

But my most favorite cartoon character was only in one cartoon. I think it was a looney toon and there was a huge bull dog who was "scary", but this little kitten came up to him and when he bark ferociously the kitty meowed and rubbed her face against him. He fell in love with the kitty and the whole cartoon was about trying to keep the kitty from being discovered by his lady owner. Hilarious and heartwarming, makes me smile when I think about it.
