Did the drummer get through? That was pretty amazing considering it was all last minute.
Reed Grimm? The one who had planned to sing a capella until he learned, at almost the last minute, that he had to let the band accompany him? Yes, he got through.
Whoo+Hoo that was a GREAT Show in the second hour. Lots of promising talant to watch. Hard to have a favorite. It was a slow and poorly edited start but it's finally picking up steam!

They should at least have shown a few seconds of those who made it through, just to give us an idea... instead of "the cowboy" 's blablabla, or Reed's phone call to his mom... or previews of previews... (just sayin' )
I agree that Reed Grimm was awesome. But he's 26 years old and had to call his mother twice in the 30 minutes before he went onstage?
I dont know if the judges' comment that he's so much like Casey Abrams was a good thing or not. People either loved Casey or hated him -- and he made it only to the final six last year, despite his enormous talent.
