I'm searching for a neighborhood in Tulsa that has recently revitalized or currently undergoing a renaissance? Where are homeowners fixing up old houses and new local businesses thriving? In spite of the tough economy, what are the places with a great historic vibe on the rise?

Only two I can think of off the top of my head are Cherry St (15th and Peoria area) and Lortondale (which is more suburbia, but has the mid-century modern look to the homes). This is around 26th & Yale.

Cherry Street more so because they have more of an eclectic vibe with the eateries and little shops in the older buildings.
