That's great. Cost Of Living is low, and they have some jogging trails. The weather is not that bad.

Wow. Congrats to Tulsa! I wish that we could relocate to Tulsa, but the opportunity hasn't arisen thus far.

BigOkie, you should take some of your massive funds to create a position for me in your ultra-prolific energy corporation. Then, we could move to Tulsa. Please, please friend?

On the serious side, I really DO congratulate Tulsa on this ranking!

Tulsa also has also been identified as the fifth best city in the
nation to ride out the recession, according to Forbes.com.


I especially like Tulsa World: Tulsa at top of list for places to live where it say that both the MainStreet.com report and CNBC study showed America's heartland as being the most resilient region in the counry.... and that it seems there is a great deal more economic contentment in the samll cities, towns and cornfields of the Midwest.
