My family and I are considering a move to Tulsa. We found a place called Park Meadows Estates, which is a mobile home park. It seems like a great place, however I'm not finding a lot of reviews on this place. I found one review that said they held there rent money to make them pay a late fee. So it makes me a bit leary..but that's the only real negative thing I read. The other reviews I read were back in 2009 and I don't know if management had a turn over since then or not. So I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this place? I would appreciate any input. Here's the website

Thanks again.

Mobile homes are a bad idea in Oklahoma with the weather. Many cities have banned them so most of the parks that still exist are older, predating the laws and usually are dumps. I have never seen a “nice” mobile home park in this state. Not do say they don’t exist, but I haven’t seen one.

I’m not familiar with this mobile home park, but I looked up the address, and that is NOT a good area. That’s in the unincorporated town of Turley, which isn’t great but more importantly it’s right next to Tulsa’s real and very dangerous ghetto. That park it’s next to is pretty famous for drive by shootings and gang activity.

If you don’t want a house there are thousands of nice apartments in the Tulsa area, most are nice. Try that.
