This is the best news...although it won't give the victims their money back...Now the rest of the scumbags, family members who were all involved, also procecuded....that will be called "JUSTICE"!


How can a man who didn't buy stock for at least 11 years, have his son's working in his company as "traders".

What about his wife, how could she ever have gotten so wealthy without being a part of the scam.

She hoarded away 15 million before it was uncovered. She needs to join him.

Hopefully no more tax payers money will be thrown away on appeals by Madoff's lawyers!
