Child murderer in the 1930's??? (case, murdering, life, worst)

Does anyone remember the deranged man that killed a little girl, i believe it was in the 1930's. He was sooo demented, he used to stick needles in his penis, when they x-rayd him you could see the needles by his hips. I read about him and can't think of his name.
Found it, his name was Albert Fish, what a sicko, he murdered and tortured more than one child. He would stick needles into his groin and abdomen. One of the most sickest i've ever read about.

Fish. He was an evil bastard. He even sent a letter to the little child's family that went into detail about what had ultimately happened to the child. It wasn't pretty.

I remember reading about the Fish case on some true crime website years ago. It was so bad that I think even Charles Manson might have said "ewww".
he was one of the worst and also a cannibal. I remember reading about one little girl he lured and what he did to her...one can't imagine what type monster comes up with this and then actually does these things and gets off on it!
