How about this:

911, what is the address of your emergency?

I need an officer to come over and help me balance my checkbook.

911, what is the address your emergency?

I need a patrol car to help me unclog my drain.

911, what is the address of your emergency?

What time is it?

ALL of the above are true. The story you originally posted happens more often then you know and many more, just like it. If the general public only knew how 911 was misused and abused, you would be shocked.
