An absolute coward and brute who has essentially spit on the very oath he took to protect and serve.

Like I said in other posts, Many great officers out there who are devoted and risk their lives going to work each day. I imagine they are outraged as this is a slap in the face to the law by one of their own.

Nothing but a thug in a uniform here, No better then the criminals he put away.

I wonder if there is a special, specific crime they can charge him with for clobbering someone so vulnerable? That's so horrible.
