Guilty 1st degree...guilty of lying to police, guilty of child abuse....maybe not all the wording is correct but I assume she will be eligible for the death penalty...

I can't believe that they already have a verdict, this cannot be good for Casey.

I'll go with: Guilty of first-degree murder, non capital (Life in prison with possibility of probabtion)

However, I would prefer she gets death or life in prison 'without' possibility of probation.

It was too confusing to run a poll with all the multiple charges and options - thus the 'Main Charge' or highest level charge against her...

I am between crying and using every filthy word I can think of to call her. I thought the OJ case was bad, this makes that seem mild. I could have maybe believed a hung jury, some bleeding heart or maybe two holding out, but this and so soon. Wow.

One of the jurors had to leave on a cruise July 7.

Other than that, I guess the jurors just liked Baez better than the prosecution. He came across kind of bumbling, stumbling along...and the state was too slick and angry, IMO. Just like the OJ trial, the jury couldn't stand the prosecution (course there were alot of other issues in that case too). There was an
expert" on TV last night that said the jury doesn't have to like the accused but they do have to like the attorneys. Guess it makes just as much sense as anything else...I can't make any sense out of this.

Think George and Cindy will take her back into the nest???
