Does Israel accept Moderna shots on the same level as Pfizer ones? What about J&J shots?

I have heard that IN Israel, if you have 2 Modernas, you get a Pfizer as your third. The question is whether that qualifies as three shots for someone coming from OUT of Israel.

I am wondering more about the J&J situation as someone I knows has had one J&J shot and wanted to know if they get a second shot (whether it is a mix or match or the same) would they need to quarantine upon arrival in Israel.
