His parents have already booked the place, and they are paying. OP has no choice in this, but is unhappy with his parents choice of accommodations.
The Reunion Resort in Orlando is part of the Hyatt Grand chain. Usually very nice places offering a variety of on-site things to do - golf, tennis, pools, hot tubs, restaurants and bars (which tend to be expensive), spas, water park, children's center. etc. You said you were concerned that it seemed out in the middle of nowhere. It's six miles from Disney and Universal Studios, with an address of Kissimmee, FL.
You won't be within walking distance of anything except the resort, and based on the fact sheet, I suspect this resort is geared towards families with younger children and/or golfers. The reviews on Trip Advisor are quite good, but also indicate that it's geared to families, and shorter stays.

The US dollar is pretty weak on the exchange right now, Oanda is giving me £1.00 = $1.66. Keep an eye on the exchange rate and your GBP will go further.

I'm not unhappy they are going to book that soon.
I'm unhappy and so are they that it is out in the middle of nowhere. It looks very good.

I'm sorry, but I'm confused. They haven't booked yet? They are unhappy that it's "out in the middle of nowhere?" - when it's only 6 miles from Disney, Universal, etc.? If THEY are unhappy with the location, why are they booking it?
BTW, it's not really a villa in the terms that I suspect you are thinking. It's more like a flat (apartment/condo) in a huge resort.
You might take this question about its location, amenities, etc. over to the Orlando board of CD.
Whatever, I hope you all enjoy yourselves.
