I am thinking about relocating to Toledo to be closer to my family. Does anyone know where to look for social services jobs in or around the city? I have a bachelor's degree in Social Work.

Since nobody has responded to you yet, here are some places that could be worth checking out. It's mostly shots in the dark, but it could help.

County departments you might be interested in, there's certainly a lot of contact info on these pages that could prove useful. There are probably analogous departments at the city, state, and federal level as well.
Child Support Enforcement Agency

Employee Benefits / Wellness

Forfeited Land Sales

Family Council

Job and Family Services

Children Services

Board of Developmental Disabilities

Mental Health & Recovery Services Board

Workforce Development Agency

Veterans' Service Commission

I imagine there might be relevant positions in the hospitals? If so, the big ones to check are:
Promedica

St. Vincent/Mercy

The Toledo Clinic (http://www.toledoclinic.com/ViewJobs.asp - broken link)

UTMC
Well, that's about all I can think of. Not that I could imagine you ever leaving Pittsburgh!

Thank you, Ferraris! I appreciate the effort you put in compiling this list! While it's probably not going to happen anytime soon, I'm keeping Toledo in the back of my mind because it is the only city close to home that I could imagine myself living in.
