Why is Agriculture the only industry that gets an exemption?

How much of the food that Texans eat really comes from small, non-corporate farms?

What are the costs for subsidies that other land owners have to pay to give farms their exemptions?

What is the bare minimum required to get the exemption and how much contribution does this minimum really give the rest of us?

How much fraud is involved in the Ag Exemption?

If small farms are protected and less land is available for developments how does this affect the cost of developing new subdivisions?

Do corporate farmers like ADM get these same exemptions?

What is to stop land speculators from using the ag exemption for a few years while demand for their land goes up and then timing their sale to a peak market?
