I like how the Lincoln Knox tower which gets it's name from being in Knox-Henderson is reported as an "Uptown" residential building. LOL

At any rate, this will be a nice development and it's nice that Dallas is getting another urban style intown grocery store.

Mid rise is anything between roughly 5 stories to 10. 12 and above is a skyscraper.

interesting, ive always considered 10 and up as high rises. but agreed the 6 story "tower" is a in reality a mid-rise. the mid-rise part was my wording, not theirs.

I totally agree with you as 6 stories is nowhere near a tower.

I've seen a lot of misconceptions on here as to what is considered a mid-rise or high-rise so I wanted to provide that information. The high-rises in Uptown Dallas are often mistakenly referred to as mid-rises.

either those were old renderings, or the "1 million+ sq ft, condo, office, with 75,000 sq ft of retail" project we heard about recently is something else besides The Kirby Collection.
